Social media is dark zone - full of shit - People trying to control with their thoughts and povs. bashing and bulling is very common. I don;t know what they are gaining from that ? May be they are so frustrated from their own life, that they are taking all their frustration on random unknown people.

Earlier - when there is no social media - then during summer holidays/ generally - we all used to sleep on terrace , playing cards and antakshari with parents and neighbors. Or walking in the night with friends after dinner - that human touch i am missing terrible. Sometimes I feel bad for my kids as well. Going out with real friends and hanging out with cousins is much more fun than banging your head with social media for some actor/ other person.

Depression - yesterday! only i was saying this thing to my ex boss where i was telling him how mobile has come oxygen for me. He was suggesting me to start reading books, do some gardening and all that options.

I was telling him what we miss in this country is human interactions. In india you will never crave for human interactions, gossip hi sahi koi na koi toh milta hai na. Then family gathering, weddings and birthday, festivals so many things to do . Over here there is no much things. We have to call our friends at home for get together. Hardly get any birthday party invitation - Mere bacche toh totally mad ho jate hai out of whenever we get any birthday invitation. So far they have never attended any weddings.

We are paying the big price for staying in abroad.

Even basic medicines are finished now. My kids are asthmatic , basic puffer ( ventolin) is finished in the market. means who keeps the stock of ventolin 😔

sorry to hear about the medicines .. do you have any authority to catch up with regarding the medicines ? Have you tried reaching out to your MP ?

btw... officially QLD is also entering into lockdown in 48hours - including schools, that's what I read a while back.

Old ladies are also fighting in the stores for toilet papers.. ah god!

There are tons of jokes on toilet papers on various backpacker related FB groups 🤣Even Netherlands PM made a recent statement stating.. they have toilet papers for 10 years.. people need not worry 🤣
