In USA many of the ppl in CDC and other organizations who have prepared for drastic crisis like we are experiencing now were let go by Trump in his administration....most of the current ppl were not trained for it and donât have much experience...The CIA warned Trump that it will get to a situation that USA is experiencing now months before...Trump did not listen to the warnings as he cared more about his political career and as if he listens to anyone....the government waited too long to take this serious and by that time the spread has become too much to control...itâs really surprising a country like USA does not have effective testing methods and lacked sufficient testing kits compared to some other countries...Covid-19 had to happen when Trump was President....really hope it doesnât become Italy.
UK also same story...a leader who waited forever to take measures as they believed in herd immunity.
Canada is no better....our leader also reacted only after his wife was tested positive and he was also in self-isolation until then he hardly spoke about the virus...then came the fast measures and financial support...I find my province Premier has done better job than our Prime minister in terms of reacting fast and giving press conferences to assure the public.
It is a Covid-19 Hollywood film....we are all part of it as actors.
