Bye guys leaving the forum for a while. Just opened today's mirror and anxiety levels have shot up like anything reading every single page that spells nothing but impending doomsday in the city unless any miracle happens. Can't afford to read anything more anywhere since shit has hit the ceiling here...cases have jumped to 12 in a day here and we are officially the worst hit state at the moment... Pls suggest some videos to watch/music to listen to that can help in bringing down anxiety and stress. Thinking of doing some yoga too!
