this scene is in continuation of that scene, after kunal comes to handle the drunk kuhu, and then abhinal come to drop the girls to maheshwari house, but kuhu is still intoxicated & in that state she acts as if driving car & kunal sitting beside her, she asks him to tie seat belt, mishti is worried for how she will take kuhu inside the house like this, abir is enjoying drunk kuhu's antics & kunal's participation in those antics🤣

Why are mishbir tensed?

mish is tensed because of the meenu's dhamki, this still is from kuku's 1st wedding's mehandi episode

mish has to reveal about kuhu's birth truth in front of all, as per her deal with meenu, so she is worried about hurting all, and abir is worried about her running away from him & being suddenly cold with him, he reminds her of his ultimatum to her to confess her love to him, with putting mehandi on her hand saying '2 days to go'
