I didn't get it much. I understand that it will profit her. But does it in any way harm the Basus which is her objective? Wont the mall profit too because of her plan?

she is basically giving them direct profits , poora township khadaa karne wali hai madam and ulta she won't get anything profitable from the township and no loss to Basus ulta all those families from her township will go to Basu mall
