Based on all the conversations this is what I feel the share distribution is

Shoumik- 46%

Remaining - basus (54%)

So half of it is with Komolika - 27%

And Anurag and Nivedita get - 13.5% each.

So even if Anurag loses 6% from his shares and shoumik goes witj Prerna- they own 52% (komolika explained it during Party). So that makes Prerna the owner and she becomes the final decision maker. So it doesn't matter Anurag kaha se de rha hai. Point is shares usi company ke ja rhe hai jo sabki hai and everyone loses if he decided to lose it so easily.

Durga Maa with Anurag-Komolika.. waahh. I like the idea. But mata can't be trusted honestly. Prerna is still trying to figure out definition for her revenge. Business, marriage, money, chahte kya ho?

Haila iska koi explanation nahi.. but shayad dialogue ka issue hai coz earlier epis mein she clearly mentioned.. jitna Basus ke pass hai uska adha Komolika and baki ja adha ada with Anurag and Nivedita. Otherwise, shoumik ke pass 46%kaha se ayenge? Aur 6% BP ne Prerna ko diya to 52% kaha se milega.. do may be by 50% she meant uska adha with Anurag. That instead of giving more shares to Anurag she gave half to her..

But you are right nasha to hanesha hi karte hain.. nothing new Isliye dialogue mein dhyaan nahi dete.

Pr agar uske pass kuch hota nahi to wo dega kaise? Aur jab dega nahi to prerna ko milega kaise? Prerna ko milega hi nahi to Komolika aur Nivedita ko tension kaise?

And agar uske pass shares hai (jo ki hai) aur wo de deta hai to in away he will be putting his daughter/daughters future too in risk by not putting up a fight. Pr dekhte hai kal ka kya scene hai😊

I know a lot has changed in the past 8 years for all of them. Today's precap gave me a vibe that Anurag won't resist Prerna's plans to take over Basu Publication and possibly let her have an wasy ride with her revenge. They did not ask him to throw Prerna off the bridge and sacrifice etc. It was his own decision and now why everyone should suffer because he is feeling guilty or wants Prerna's happiness.

Prerna's happiness at what cost.

Komolika and Nivedita are worried and discussing the problematic deal while he is disinterested. He can sacrifice what belongs to him why put everyone else at stake.

That's why I hope he at least puts up a fight to save something that belongs to all basus and not just Anurag Basu.

Now anurag don't own anything. Everything in komo name. So, there is no question of him giving in willingly or fighting. He just need to follow orders from komo..😆

Anurag gonna loose what actually belonged to prerna as komo has taken prernas place in anurags life.. So all belongings of komo is going to right owners place...😆

Ab anurag happily life loose liya hai uska biwi & baccha coz of komo & living prisoners life just a puppet in hands of komo...
