Bajaj isn’t yearning anymore. He isn’t flustered anymore. He has accepted her heart that belongs to someone else. He has accepted her the way she will never be his. Hence, his peace unlike his restlessness. He is at PEACE. He knows that he will always PROTECT her, come what may. He expects nothing in return now. That’s joyous surrender. I don't agree one thing with bajaj -

Lol bajju , basu bari hai Prerna hamesha Apke dulhan banke rehe hai .. aur jo baki 1 maina prerna BB mai thi woh bahu banke nehi .. balki free ka kam karne wali banke rehe thi . u should watch how prerna those days treated by nivi , mohini .. ghar kay sara kam kia , phirbhi she din get her deserving respect from basu khandan . even Anurag kay rehe the huye bhi she was PA kam ghar ke naukar jaise thi where she had to arrange SR bed, cleaning lights , fixing wires and what not ..

yes koi bhi kam chota bara nei hote .. ghar kay bahu apna manke iyea sab kaj am life mai karti bhi hai ,. but karne mai , jatane mai ek farak hote hai where basu khandan never considered prerna as bahu.. aur bahu kis batke jabki shadi hi nei hui kabhi
