Please everyone stay informed about what's going on with COVID-19 and how your country of residence is expecting you to take precautions in the process of infection control.

Practice regular and good hand hygiene, wash your hands with soap and water whenever possible - remembering to go between fingers, around/under nails, down to wrists, front and back of hand - for at least 20-30 sec. And use Alcohol based hand sanitizer where washing hands is not available/option.

We do so many things in our day-to-day life that we don't think twice about, but these things can easily be ways to transmit something to yourself or others. Clean and disinfect surfaces - door knobs, phones, desktops/keyboard/laptops, handles, desks/tables, facets, light switches, countertops, pens etc...Avoid high-touch areas like buttons in elevator or doors knobs, hand rails, hand shaking etc.

Stay safe everyone, and keep up to date with what advisories and plans are put in place to control the spread. Please follow what is recommended and see WHO website for updates.
