Arey they must have consummated their marriage. Remember Sampoorna's villain Saas grabbed her hand and asked why aren't her bangles not broken & why there are no marks on her hands???

So I guess that is how the mark must be there. And Bondita is just using her intelligence to analyse stuffs. Anirudhh might enquire about it with Sourav and then explain *Good Touch & Bad Touch* concept to Bondita.
