coming to this part .. when she said she got 3 companies Bajaj said "2 companies she got because he was creating trouble for some Marc, he tried to take over his companies toh marc was distracted during which Prerna got those " so here not on he own .. Bajaj pulled some strings

Prerna said " 2 companies aapke hain toh teesri meri hain na " for which Bajaj said "Teesri company hamari hai" this was joint venture

and that is why he said "Prerna you are not ready"

but again trust CVs to do anything
