Not sure what to say. I think everyone might be right about the miscarriage cause now CVS really can't make it look like it was a fake pregnancy. This track is getting worst by the day. I really hoped Kalyani didn't have to deal with the taruma of a miscarriage when she hasn't even had a physical relationship with Malhar yet but whatever. I just hope now there is no MU between KalMa about this pregnancy.

Think you were right Gayu. I am thinking when Malhar rescues Kalyani, she will be unconscious and whole family will encourage an abortion since she didn't get the police protection anyway. Maybe at that time Anu might come an reveal the truth.
