Actually Maya can make her know it if she wants.. I feel Maya will use their fake friendship against sudhir.. for me that will be more important.. because if Maya makes sudhir believe that Ananya and Rudra have something going on even after he got married and left her.. sudhir will be really mad at MJ and Rudra.. one harm to Rudra and MJ will end his case.. the game Ananya is playing might get used against her itself is what I feel
