I think she answered very genuinely to the question where the reporter asked whether Shehnaaz's love for Sidharth is fake then by saying it's very much real, genuine and a nice relationship and she loves him a lot and Sidharth also cares a lot for her as a friend. Ignore the part where she said Sid considers Sana as a friend coz she is currently doing a show in which the same format is used
