wonderful analysis . As u said they did not show about Myras funeral but definitely Maya might have sent some one to claim the body and do the funeral. Maya need to get happy ending even though she liked Rishi. may be Rudra leaving her at the end may the karma she will face after he knows the truth . First Paragraph - Everyone agrees what Maya did to Rishi was wrong but with this agreement they give justification for action because she had a bad past. Normal people don't sit and watch people die, serial killers have a story, terrorists have a story, maoists have a bad past but the problem arises when people start justifying them, They didn't kill Bin Laden's family for his crimes, they have a fairly happy life (Note - Not comparing Maya with a terrorist, this is the only example which came in my mind)

Second Para - Myra, Rajeev and Maya's mother loved her and have done alot for her, Myra dying for Maya is her love for Maya but Maya didn't even care to give her a funeral, they showed she couldn't do it, they didn't shoot it, it's a show when Maya does something, they show it when they gave a scene where they said that none has collected Myra's mortal remains means Maya did not do it. I have already explained why Myra dying isn't a punishment for Rishi's death in first Para, as criminals get punishment not their family

Third Para - This has been discussed and if Maya or MJ have paid for their crimes then of course they will live happily but this post was created from a perspective if they decide to kill MJ, Maya and Rudra, I don't want Rudra to die

Hence may be they cannot see what a big crime Maya has done by killing Rishi or trying to kill Rudra or recently trying to push aditya off terrace etc. These are not small offences, they are criminal offences of biggest type like murder and attempt to murder or abetment to suicide etc where person can get 7 years to life imprisonment in court. Maya is just lucky that police are not investigating Rishis death seriously or Rudra did not make hue and cry of being pushed into river etc. That never means Maya is not guilty. Mayas crime is against state, even if Rishi or Rudra do not want any case filed agianst Maya, yet state has right to file case against Maya suo motto

In world so many injustice take place everyday, people are treated badly everyday in school/college/offices and on roads. Very grave crimes take place against women and kids especially and law turns blind to them as powerful are involved or society is patriarchal. You know in india many places girls ratio is low why? when girl baby born its killed by own family. Has anyone gone to jail for killing girl baby till now? I doubt anyone has. Its their own baby not others but parents or grandparents do kill it. Same way any crime takes places hardly justice is given, cases drag 30-40 years and yet culprits roam free. But can you imagine if like Maya everyone will say i will get justice on my own and start killing people etc. What will happen in world? There will be utter chaos

What i really mean to say is, Maya is wronged by MJ no doubt and by his 7 friends etc. But the way Maya getting justice is wrong. Neither law nor religion will allow killing of innocent family members in name of justice. Rishi was innocent he had no idea what MJ did to Maya. Even if he knew hes powerless and small kid. He will not be able to do much to MJ or to support Maya. Rishi was a good human how he loved Maya because she said her past scared her, he wanted her to forget her pain. Indeed Rishi loved Maya may be more than Rudra. With Rudra from starting it was physical attraction first only than emotional support later after Rishis death. With Rishi it was more of sympathy for past love, love to remove pain of a girls past and make her happy and smile. Yet Maya tricked him and killed him so brutally. Irrespective of what MJ did to Maya, Maya has no rights to kill MJs family members especially innocents like Rishi, Rudra, Aditya etc Its a crime only and maya has to pay for that. Maya kept quiet in front of Rudra and ananya when Myra was lying shes Maya and Rishis GF ok. This despite fact that Rudra wanted to protect Rishis GF from MJs wrath. Maya kept quiet to save her skin. Maya always gives priority to her life and her revenge over her well wishes. Shes risked rajeev life, her mom life and killed Myra indirectly to save herself. If Rudra or MJ knew Myra is not Rishi GF they would not harm her ok. MJ shot her because she killed Rishi not because he was atatcked by Myra. Rudra also wanted to kill Myra after knowing she killed Rishi ok. So from trying to save her from MJ he wanted to kill her. But Maya could have stopped all this by confessing shes Rishis GF and not allowing Myra to lie and endanger her life. Maya did not as shes selfish for her life and revenge. Her not taking Myras body for funeral is diff matter, Myra shall have parents they will claim her body anyways and do funeral. Maya was again selfish there, she could have done Myra funeral but because she or rajeev shall get exposed she left body of myra in gowdon only. Regarding Rudra living or dying in end, i prefer him alive. Hes suffered already a lot in life let him enjoy his remaining life. Hes had a bad childhood, lost his baby brother, almost killed by Maya etc why should he not be alive and life happy life. No one mourns forever in life. People move on in life. If Rudra gets to know MJ and Maya truth good, mourn few months or years than move on. Life is precious and rare to waste on others especially a father like MJ or wife like Maya. It will be tough but people move on after tragedys.

Why would ppl take law into their own hand? It’s just like you said and Well look at the Nirbhaya case. Murderers were convicted and proven guilty, but it took more than seven years to get them hanged and even that is not guaranteed, who knows what if in the last minute, the mother of the late victim is threatened and coerced into forgiving her rapists or what if they escape?

The judiciary of the country sucks to the core and that is a fact!

Look at MJ, he and his family murdered Maya’s kid, attempted to murder her, and got her brother and father killed but he is walking out free. Why because he is rich and powerful. The law only serves the rich and powerful. If you are poor and weak then yes you may get punished, but given our judiciary even that may take forever to achieve. If you are rich, you manage to escape the law by hiring some really cunning lawyers. That is a fact.

Can I still imagine everyone to go against the law and to obtain justice on their own, no I can’t because that as well requires guts and some amount courage and will to fight back. But then again it’s happening already now isn’t it?

Coming to pushing Aditya off the terrace, she did not, and then again here you have a problem that she is killing ppl to get revenge, but in a show like Naagin aren’t they showing the same thing? Where the FL’s goes to kill everyone that wrongs them but they don’t seem to get arrested even though they live in the human world as humans, no ones complaining about that? Also has Maya killed anyone after the Rishi incident?? No! Rather she is making everyone pay for their crimes by keeping them alive, but you see when you keep your enemies alive you risk them returning back to seek revenge and then the circle will just go on and on.

I refute your statement about Myra being a pawn in Maya’s game, a pawn is someone you manipulate intentionally to win, were we shown Maya manipulating Myra to go and get herself involved and eventually killed? The answer is no but rather we were shown that Maya did not want Myra to be involved. It’s really funny how you want to believe that Myra is a pawn in Maya’s game even though that wasn’t shown anywhere but refuse to believe in the possibility that she could have given Myra the funeral she deserved even though it wasn’t shown.

Coming to why Maya kept quiet, it’s simple and yes because she wants revenge for which she can’t let herself get exposed. But here is another fact it wasn’t a part of her plan. The one who gave away about Myra to MJ was Ananya even though Rudra asked her to shut up.

Coming to Rishi, yes he was innocent and Maya did not have the right to kill him, which is why she regrets it and for that she is guilty which she has admitted to many times already. What else do you want from her? But please tell me who the hell gave MJ and his gang which includes his family members as well the right to go and kill Maya’s innocent family members? Yes this is not good enough to justify what she did and there probably is nothing that can, however every freaking action has an equal and opposite reaction, which in other words is Karma, there is a reason why people say that children end up suffering due to their parents evil deeds and that my dear is very true, no point of denying it.

If you are going to blame Maya for Myra’s death indirectly then I guess it’s fair to blame both Rudra and MJ for Rishi’s death as well right, since they also indirectly got Rishi killed. Like seriously??

There is a difference between MJ and Maya, Maya may use her family, I.e. her mother, however she wouldn’t tolerate anyone hurting her mom. Rajeev is an ally in this entire revenge plot and he’s in it for his own reasons and motives (enmity with MJ) not because he is close to Maya or anything. Anyone who thinks otherwise is probably a hardcore Maya or Jennifer hater.

Sorry to jump in the middle of your conversation but you are trying to find justice in a revenge saga. I get that rishi was not related to anything but he was a Roy for Maya and in her eyes, her child, father and brother were also innocent bystanders. Their only crime was their relation with Maya. I am not saying rishi deserved to die but after seeing what happened to Maya and her family, it is understandable why Maya does not care to be fair. She wanted MJ to feel the pain of losing a child like she did and not able to do anything about it. Whatever happened with Maya, it messed her up so bad that it took her years to recover. If you are comparing and equalizing what MJ did to what Maya did, you really don't understand the gravity and depravity of MJ's sins. Maya def has guilt for rishi but her own pain for losing so much and her fire for revenge is stronger than that guilt and she learned the hard way that the world and life is not fair. That is after all one of main themes of the show. Ya Maya will pay at some point for killing rishi and she knows and acknowledges that but MJ does not deserve to live for what he did and is still doing. If MJ is a sin then Maya is the result of that sin.
