Katrina's response was a nice and neutral way of ending the discussion (as usual) but it doesn't work since Rohit unfollowed her all willy nilly. He's the one who made the situation worse, Katrina trying to mollify things will not help him out much.

He dug his own grave and is now shifting the blame to Kat. And she's legit underestimating her power and letting these men like Ajay, Akshay and Rohit get away with it. Akshay claims to be a feminist or whatever but legit was mocking Katrina, who has too much grace & dignity to say anything. I wish she never apologized and let Rohit and the likes burn

First of all who asked Rohit to give such WTF statement if he cannot take any backlashes? I know internet Bashing is too much but Unfollowing Katrina is so so Idiotic. I mean What the hell is her Fault that your statement in the Interview came out as a MCP. He could have just said There is a bomb blast scene n Ppl will b focusing on the scene not on anyone's expression, he was the one exaggerating Kat's agitation n stuff and made it as an insult to Kat.

It was his slip of tongue or Internet Theory maker's why push Kat under the bus for No Reason.

He said what he said. If he thought the reporting misconstrued, he should come out and clarify. And that would be the end. But he hasn't said a peep!

Also, people who were busy justifying what he said didn't make it any better.

People have seen,?Rohit Shetty following Kat during Simbaa days (One and a half years ago). They know, he is not following her now. In between when he unfollowed her, nobody knows. The theory that it happened after the interview, is mainly speculation.

I feel, Rohit is pretty think skinned (unlike KJo).

He made his ambitious project Dilwale. It was not running as expected. He had to give an interview ( I think with Anupama Chopra). He had taken it in a sportive way. He said, his family have watched BM already and he is yet to watch. He wished good luck to BM team. He said, he will look forward to work with Ranveer (& he did.

Just to say, that man does not seem to carry grudges. I never felt, he takes himself too seriously (from his interviews). I feel, something has been missing in the report.

Something fishy in the whole thing.

I don't like Rohit Shetty's movies, but the man never came across as sexist. Certainly not this blatantly sexist.

Even if he were this sexist, he wouldn't be stupid enough to say it out loud when his movie is about to release. He ain't that Sandeep chap whose movie depended on misogyny and sexism to be successful. Rohit Shetty's movies may drip testosterone, but I have yet to see him cater to the wife-beaters to make a buck.

I believe I'm going to withhold judgement.
