तो आप कोरोना वायरस से या इसके बाद आने वाले किसी अन्य वायरस से सुरक्षित रहें, इसके लिए जरूरी है कि रफ एंड टफ माहौल में जीने की आदत बनाइए... कभी-कभार ‘अनहाइजेनिक’ भोजन भी कीजिए... मिट्टी और कीचड़ में सनिए... कभी-कभी बिना धोए भी फल खाइए... आरओ वाटर की बजाय खुले पानी को वरीयता दीजिए... सौ कीटाणुओं को मारने वाली साबुन के चक्कर में मत पड़िए...

8. सकारात्मक रहिए... कोरोना वायरस से भले ही हजारों लोग मर चुके हों... लेकिन हजारों लोग ठीक भी हुए हैं... केरल के तीनों संक्रमित व्यक्ति ठीक हो चुके हैं... अभी जो संक्रमित व्यक्ति हैं, वे भी ठीक हो जाएँगे... इसका इलाज उपलब्ध है... बचाव के तरीके उपलब्ध हैं... लोग बच भी रहे हैं... लेकिन अगर आप खुद को मरा हुआ मान ही लोगे, तो मर भी जाओगे...
