6 Din, Story in the Bin🚮 (PART 2)

The forum is comparatively quieter today (It was when I started typing this post). I would assume it's due to the track that's going on because what was today's episode??😵

I am annoyed with all 4 characters after watching the last 2 episodes but most of all, I am annoyed at the makers for this "brush it under the carpet, people will forget" attitude. Let me tell you: most of us don't forget.

Also makers, if any of y'all read posts in the forum, can you stop ruining the characters you made us fall in love with? If you don't have a proper story, it would just be better to end this show with a proper ending rather than showing anything. I mean, where is the story headed? I thought we were going to get the story of 2 sisters sorting out their differences in their sasural with the help of their husbands; 2 love stories: an arranged marriage with love blossoming and the other, a love marriage trying to find their balance in the family. But, I guess, it's pointless to expect a good story without one bahu trying to take the other down.

Okay, so let's talk about the episodes.

Mishti-Kuhu: If Mishti has finally decided to confront Kuhu, why can't she stay to listen to her complete story? Thappad maara aur nikal gaye. Ask her why she wanted to drug you. Don't you want to know why your husband suffered throughout the day? Or are you an antaryaami?

Mishti: Can we ever expect her to share her worries with Abir or frankly speaking, anyone?? Why does she have to behave like no one else has the strength to hear the truth except her? Why does she keep underestimating other people's ability to handle problems?

Kuhu: Can the makers stop ruining her character?? What happened to the girl that had learned to handle her emotions instead of fighting since the leap? What happened to the girl who gracefully handled being a sister, wife, bro, frenemy, daughter all at the same time after the leap? What happened to the girl who had learnt to think before taking actions?

Yes, I get it. Nishant's heartbreak and him leaving took a toll on her emotionally. So, then show that no! Let her break down from the pressure of having to put up a facade for the length of her marriage, being the support for multiple relations while there was no one to support her. Don't ruin her character like this.

Also, what was the point of giving the background of the dhakka lag kar pill girna if it was never going to be revealed. Wouldn't it have been better to just let her do it intentionally? Please get your story straight, makers, because in one episode, she says it would have been better if Mishti had drank the coffee and in the next, she says ki mai to Mishti ke liye bhi nahi chahti thi. Make up your mind, makers!

Can we not get a scene where she accepts that she made a mistake and apologizes, preferably while having the break down mentioned above? Please! Pretty please?

Parul-Kunal ft. Abir: Okay! It was wrong of Nanko to even suggest that Parul wanted to kill Parul but every other reaction went with how his character is written. He takes time to trust people and his "Bhaiyopia" (credit: @clarity) makes him blind but Abir knows this about Kunal. Why does he expect Kunal to accept Parul so quickly? Yes, she sacrificed being called a mother for 20+ years for the sake of her son, but atleast let Kunal take the time to accept her a part of the family first. You had 3 months before the truth came out. It doesn't mean that your Nanko did too. Have patience, dude!

Abir: Do you not care about your health, dude? Don't you care who gave you the sleeping pills? What if someone wanted to hurt some other family member? Thoda to dimaag chala lo yaar. Try and remember events from last night. You know, sleeping pills were in the coffee. You exchanged cups with Kuhu who had gotten the cup in the first place from BB. Itni information to hai yaar tumhaare paas. Reverse engineer hi kar lo!!🤷🏻‍♀️

But nahi, hume drama khatam thode hi karna hai. We just want to put it on standby taaki baad me bada dhamaka ho sake. Ab makers, dhamaka karo to bada karna. Don't keep building up the track without giving us the return. You did that with the divorce track, Kunal's birth track, NishMish track. Stop watering down the tracks!!!!

Parul-Kunal ft. Mishti: When did MishNal become so close that she is giving him advice on how to handle his relations?? And why is Kunal, the dude who has major trust issues, suddenly super accepting of Mishti telling her what steps to take regarding Parul when he didn't even listen to Abir?? It doesn't make sense. Pehle bond bante hue to dikhao. Aise hi kuch bhi mat dikha do.

Also, is Mishti ever going to apologise to Kunal for revealing about him and Parul?? And is she ever going to tell Parul how she found out the truth? That she met her sister and that her sister is looking for her. You don't forget something like that. Parul deserves to know!!!

Parul-Kuhu: Stop with this flip flop. Ek scene me Kuhu likes Parul, agle scene me she doesn't. I'll say it again: Make up your mind! Ek dhang ka saas bahu relationship dekhne mil sakta hai hume ya nahi?? And while you're at it, send Jasmeet away.

Can Kunal please tell Kuhu his emotions regarding Parul? That would atleast be more plausible than him suddenly trusting Mishti over Abir. Ek relationship theek rehne do, please!!! KuBir bhi chheen rahe ho ab to😭

Maa-Bete: Abir still doubting BB👍🏼. Kunal taking the effort of apologizing to Parul👍🏼. But can you show us the scene too? I don't know about others but KuKu fans have been waiting to see Kunal finally have some substantial scenes and when finally there is one, you don't even show that properly. Come on!! Yes, MishBir looking on was very cute but I want to know what Parul was saying when she caressed Kunal's face. He finally let her behave like his mother and we don't even get dialogues or anything.😭😭

Kunal/KuKu: Last but definitely not the least, aate hai humaare Nanko pe. I thought he was going to focus on Kuhu now. How did he not know it was Kuhu's birthday? He didn't even get her a present. Agle din subah tak apne bhai se suggestion maangne jaa raha hai. Shouldn't you have done this atleast a day ago when you were asking her to go to Bhuj with you? My guess would be that the birthday track was a last minute idea so that dhamaka Holi pe ho sake. Chalo preparation nahi dikha paaye but Kunal ko wish karte hue hi dikha dete. He had literally no dialogues in the scene. We, KuKu fans, wait for weeks on end to get 1-2 ittu bittu scenes. Itna to you can give us😔. So sour because we haven't had one proper scene this week. You're ruining Kuhu's character for us. The least that we deserve is a proper scene.

I have some advice too. Star plus/dkp/ITV stop promoting your shows as 'different' when you're going to turn them into the same pathetic excuse of a show! Don't have 2 sets of main characters when you know you're going to simply use 1 to propel the other. Admit you can't make a decent show of characters because at the end of the day making money is more important.

It is frustrating isn't it but don't worry the crux of the story is approaching fast. Soon all will be revealed....😃

Kudos on the post, some real truths that needto be addressed.

Problem with showslike this, they stretch tge concept with load of rubbish....to get viewers hookedand coming back for more. Give me a good book instead!

I'll come back another time to talk more about the plot and what I think will happen. Definitely brother's separation on it's way and Mishti will be blamed...

It's so frustrating that they are ruining KuKu for reasons we all know. The thing is that I never started watching tthe show for the main leads and they were never the reason I kept watching the show.

It was always about MishKu and KuKu for me and now that they are ruining both the relationships, I have no motivation left to keep watching the show. As said on the AT, I am going to give the show time till the 1 year mark but if things don't get better, I am done. They have absolutely ruined my favourites and have watered down the tracks and relationships. I think I should just start banking episodes like you do.

I am not worried for the upcoming dhamaka because seeing as they watered down the tracks that they built from the beginning of the show, I don't have any expectations left.

Also, what's frustrating to watch is them ruining characters and fast forwarding development in relationships for I don't what.

I don't know who is writing the show anymore but I sense it's definitely not the writers that started writing it because they would have had better endings in mind for the tracks they built and the characters they worked so hard on.

There was so much more that I wanted to write but itna hi patience tha mujhme. Might add stuff to this later on.

Just saw today's episode and I don't think I could've written down my frustrations better than a post on the KuKu AT (I removed the quoted post on the request of the author because she got hate messages because some people on the forum don't seem to understand the difference between real and fiction).

Thank you writers for giving us the Kuhu that we fell in love with, for giving us the KuKu we fell in love with but I guess the characters and their story is over now. It would be pointless to expect anything anymore since it's been decided that Kuhu will have to be made immature for us to like Mishti and Kunal's character has no arc left anymore than to be the best brother and devar in the world. So much for expecting an arc where he actually figures out his individual self and puts in the effort to get to know his mother.

Sorry to tell you, writers, you're just making it hard for us to continue watching the show and like the main leads. There are some people in the world who like layered, grey characters who struggle to find their path in life but seems like there were more people who liked them so you had to ruin them. But I am genuinely thankful to the story and characterization of Kuhu and Kunal we got till the NishMish track. I guess I might just bid farewell to this show before the 1 year deadline I decided to give because today's episode (actually, the whole week's) ruined any hope of getting the old characters back. You've destroyed everything that made Kuhu and Kunal interesting and amazing.
