HI Sis. How are you. I am good. Since WHO announced its pandemic we are on alert. Office might ask us to work from home and school are closed. Let's hope nothing worst happens. Even I started to stock up rice and other essentials items. Sanitisers are back to stock but mask is not available. In fact thermometers are run out of stock too. Stress level is on peak....
Yes Sis, the situation is serious, a bit because of intial laid back attitude, denial & passing the blame it led to mounting infections and slow government responses, now it's about being individually more aware, avoiding public gathering & interactions as far as possible plus good detecting, test, treatment, isolation, trace & mobilising people in the response .Here individuals arriving from 7 countries are put in quarantine, with most visas suspended till April 15. Wife of Canada's PM has tested positive. An unfortunate demise, yesterday being the first from India (Karnataka) . Different countires are trying varied treatments and combinations as medication, vaccine will take minimum a couple of years to develop ( though for clinical trials China will ready the vaccine by end of April)
Good for you that sanitisers are back in market ( here they are literally nonexistent ) washing hands for atleast 20 seconds is safest & cleaning & disinfecting objects and surfaces is equally important, prevention is always better than cure.
With schools shut & offices still working , I am sure day creches must be fully updated with health and hygiene safety to follow?
Are you keeping up with exercise?
