I think there is a reason why Cookie is referring to Prerna as Prerna and not mom.. Maybe this might be the tiff between the father - daughter and why RB is irked with his teenage daughter's ways..

But that put aside the main reason why Cookie is calling Prerna by name is maybe for the upcoming scenario buildup I think..

So we know Prerna is arriving alone in Kolkata, she will face her past and she will fall weak just like Rishabh knows she will, because to put it in his words, 'she is not ready yet'.. And Cookie sabke saamne Prerna ko Prerna hii bulayegi..The connection won't be made by the other family.
