I donot think she is using her , Antara started triggering Manvis past with Nandini . In order to stop her she has to do all these mind games with Antara. Next time when Maya is back in MJ mansion she will dare to do such things with Nandu. Once she is out of MJ mansion , MJ would be obsessed with Manvi. which will make Antara jealous and envy.
