Sofa scene was beautiful and kitchen scene specially MiNeil looks to each other.Where she says him to share darkest secret also without fear and I hope Mini shouts at him and demand from him her rights like he did .

Yes it was symbolic Neil is currently stuck and unable to start a new chapter mini will help him do that.

Neil was just about to have his arms around mini in the couch (this was right after mini symbolically turns the page of his book).

Same here wanted the scene to continue but the person spoiled everything, I think Neil is being blackmailed by this person.
