Nia- Kajal friendship

After watching yesterday's episode, a couple of things came to my mind. Does every employee have to get their bags examined before leaving the office finally? Should the HR lady have taken Nia inside and checked her bag? The big scene could have been avoided.

Kajal's move surprised Nia and I was surprised too. Did Kajal do the right thing? I always thought that kajal was close to Shree but she just walked away making a mockery out of the system and the HR lady had totally lost clue of what is going on. It was almost a life saver for Nia at that point. Does that mean the duo are going to design an app and compete with Shree and Kabir? Would love to hear your thoughts on the whole office scenario about what could have been done and not done.

Kajal scene was OTT. I don't think it was necessary. Highly unrealistic as well....As of now kajal is more like team Kabir- she always tells Nia how Kabir feels. So they're promoting nia- Randeep- kajal interaction so that kajal can get to know dynamic between Nia and Randeep and will root for nia- Randeep? At this point it really doesn't matter what shri thinks about it and Kabir will back off eventually. This is just a guess though.

I think they are letting go of Randeep too..I mean Randeep is going back to America ..

I don't know ..it's seems the makers are not giving proper shape to Nia's story line as now the Guneet Amber story is going full stream ahead ..

Kabir is out of the picture untill he also leaves the company and joins hands will the rebellious duo ..

Or else Nia and Kajal go back to the company ...

Kajal's decision doesn't make any sense to me. She is at this point following nia blindly. nothing else. Will nia do the same for kajal?. I would have understood if it was something like nia getting harassed or getting bullied. They didn't even fire her but nia quit by herself. And no matter how hard working u are , company sees the result and judges it. in their pov they saw she was absent on a day of an important meeting and they even gave her extra time. it was not a department meeting, it was a meeting with the board of directors.

CVs never knew what they wanted to do with nia's character. 1 month she was crying about going to london but came back so soon. all we saw were her flirting scenes. then she came back and doesn't want to go back. that already is unprofessional. She gets so many favours because she is friends with kabir. She doesnt appreciate it.

Had Kabir made this move, it wouldn't have been surprising but Kabir is professional. I think this will pave the way for Nia- Randeep and of course Kajal will be a catalyst in this relationship.

I hope the writers can do justice to each relationship in the show, be it Ambar -Guneet, Nia Kabir or Nia Randeep. Also, I hope they give a good closure to Nia Kabir even if they don't end up together.

You brought up a very important point. Would Nia do the same for Kajal? We all know the answer to that question. Nia may not end up with Kabir but I hope she realizes how much he has helped her professionally and personally by encouraging Ambar for online chatting.

I think they will..or at least they will realise it was wrong to leave the job.

Nia's character graph seems like she will grow up from being papa ki pyaari entitled girl to being a more mature, understanding girl who has seen her share of professional struggles. Personally to she is handling a lot since young age.
