Indraneel - I forgot to mention Maryada too which used to come on late-night slot. Very bold show. The first ITV show to handle LGBT community that too in mature & dignified way. Indrani Halder was the star of that show. And Silsila the only show that I watched in last 5yrs & came back on TV only cuz of the iconic character Mauli and Aditi's heart-wrenching performance.

I've always been selective when it comes to Hollywood films. I'm mostly a Bolly buff tho I'm a bong but haven't been in touch with Bengali cinema since 2014. Infact I didn't watch much movies in Bollywood either for 2yrs.

My favourite HW movies are Orphan, Final Destination series, Hangover, Inception.

SriRani : None worth to be hated this season in BB. I'm not too invested this season. I'm glad it got over. 😆 And have no interest in wasting my energy to bash that annoying fake bacchi.

Nowadays the hindi shows r so disappointing and I m like facepalm whenever I even watch those shows for 5 mins, uff so much drama and unrealistic stuff urgh!! Earlier shows were way more natural. Currently maybe 2 or 3 shows r good or start good but either the story will be butchered by makers due to trp greed or the show will end abruptly or too early even before the actual story starts.

Unrealistic aur dramatic aur illogical hamesha hi the. but it was engaging back then. only 2-3 shows made sense or were realistic natural drama.

What I hate the most is when they butcher main leads. It completely ruins the whole storyline. and lost interest after getting us attached to their pairing & characters.

2014-15 to be precise is when the downfall started. Manmarziyaan was the last drama that I had watched on TV before I watched Silsila in 2018. Beyhadh s1 I watched online. But didn't follow it religiously.

All thanks to Naagin's success other shows started introducing animals in their shows 😆

My all time fav shows I would say was in 2013-16 span would be Manmarziyan(i really dislike star plus for their unfair treatment towards that show), Ek Duje Ke Vaaste(my all time fav ❤️) and Beintehaa, and Pyaar Ko Ho Jaane Do.

I also used to watch Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi, Tashan-E-Ishq, Thapki, and Ishqbaaz but all those shows spoiled thanks to leap and dragging so I stopped watching those midways.

Among the ongoing serials, Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2 seems to be good but have not got the time to watch the show properly yet besides that only Kahaan Hum Kahan Tum and Guddan are watchable n tolerable as they have good pairs and good leads, story used to be alright but now both the shows got really boring so I kinda not watching them these days either plus Kahan Hum Kahan Tum is ending abruptly too. Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein started well but then they messed up the story. Plus none of the shows currently I watch reguarly all are really boring now 🥱

Byomkesh bakshi, chanakya, surabhi, malgudi days..tenali Rama...Mahabharata..Vikram betal..mostly saw at net too...
