The papers Prerna signed I feel they are either Bajaj business and property papers or Sneha custody?

If it's Sneha custody then even if Prerna announces RB as the father she can't claim her custody because BF will be the legal father.

If it's business and property then Bajaj being alive means Prerna owns nothing so how can she give it to someone else Bajaj should automatically become the owner again.
