Raman opened the door and bring Ishita inside .she was in his arms wrapping her arms around his shoulder.
Ishita-thank u and sordyy,Raman sir.
Raman-kya hua??why this thank u and sorry.
Ishita-thank u for taking so much care of me and sorry for always bothering u.
Raman-i know,it's not needed.
Ishita-nahi,I am really sorry.ur friend told me,u were busy in ur GD preparation.aur Maine aapko itna pareshan kar diya .really sorry .
Raman-its ok,Meri preparation baad mein bhi ho sakti hai.tum inn sab se jyada important ho mere liye .
Ishita-sachchi??
He smiled and said-muchchi.now rest ,main jaa kar baaki saara samaan le kar aata hoon.he said and was going when she held his hand and asked-kyun??
Raman turned to her and said-kya kyun??
Ishita-kyun hoon main sabse jyada important??
Raman-har sawaal ka jawaab nahi hai mere paas,aur tum jyada bolo mat.u r not fine,tum rest karo.main baahar se saaman le kar aata hoon.he said and was going but she wasn't leaving his hand.
Raman look at her and she said a baby face.
Raman kissed her temple and said-i am just coming,tum please rest karo.
Ishita finally left his hand and said-achcha go,but jaldi se aaiye.i don't like being alone.
Raman-i won't leave u alone.he said and went out of the room while Ishita was just looking at his retreating figure.
Ishita-kya ho raha hai mujhe,kyun itne achche lagne lage hai mujhe raman.kyun har waqt bas unke paas rehne ka,unke saath rehne ka mann kar raha hai.kya hai yeh ehsaas joh mujhe usne iss tarah jod raha hai.murugan,kahin mujhe Raman sir se pyaar toh nahi ho raha hai.she said and blushed at her own words.
She turned to another side and said-joh bhi ehsaas hai yeh,it's very beautiful and magical also.i feel so safe and blessed in his arms .she said to herself and closed her eyes feeling tired.
It was two days after the accident that Ishita was discharged.raman was with her all the time taking care of her in everyway.even her friends and professor too came to visit,but all stayed there for sometime only while Raman was with her leaving his studies and GDs.
At first Ishita was feeling bad and guilty for bothering Raman like this,but slowly she start feeling good with the way he was caring for her,the way he was doing everything for her.unknown to herself,she start falling for raman's loving and caring attitude towards her and all she want was only him around her.
Raman came taking her belongings and medicines ,and saw her already sleeping.
Raman-so gayi,haan thaki hogi.hospital mein kahan aaram milta hai.even I am tired.main bhi thoda aaram Kar leta hoon.but so gaya and if she need anything.mujhe sota dekh mujhe pareshan nahi karna chahegi aur khud hi apna kaam karne lagegi.its better yahin so jaata hoon.jagegi toh mujhe pata chal jayega .he thought and settled on her bed only keeping the clothes and medicines aside,removing his shoes maintaining distance between them.
After a while ,Ishita got up feeling thirsty.she look at Raman sleeping on her bed but on a distance and smile.
Ishita-he is just too shareef,mera khyaal bhi rakhenge aur mujhse dur bhi rahenge .she said and picked the bottle to drink water.though her hand was paining but she doesn't want to disturb raman.she drank the water very slowly and settled very near to him.she kept her head on his arms and kissed his temple.
Then she smiled at her little adventure and said-kya,only he can kiss me .bilkul nahi,I can also kiss him.she said and hide her face in his chest.he wrapped his arms around her in his sleep only and soon both were sleeping comfortably cuddled in each other .
After an hour or so,Raman got up hearing his phone ringing.he saw Ishita sleeping keeping her head on his chest while her arms were around him.he smiled at their position and was about to get up but stopped seeing her being so close to him.he softly caressed her face and said-tumhe bata nahi sakta, kitni khushi hoti hai tumhe itna kareeb dekh kar.i know u see me as ur guardian angle only,but main iss Dil ka Kya karun ,joh tumhe dekh kar alag tareeke se react karne lagaa hai .tum soch bhi nahi sakti main kitna darr gaya tha yeh jaan Kar ki tum uss aag mein ho.sirf main hi jaanta hoon,kaise jeeya hoon main tumhe iss takleef mein dekh kar.i really don't know how to say this or how u will react hearing this ,but tumhare liye dosti aur care se kuch jyada feel karne lagaa hoon.dont know,isse pyaar kehna sahi hoga yaa nahi but yeh joh ehsaas hai ,bahut khaas hai aur sirf tumhare liye hai,ishita.he said and kissed her hair very softly again when his phone rang again breaking his trance .
He get up and went out to talk before it can break ishita's sleep.it was his mother's phone,they talked for sometime and then he hung the call.
Raman-bhookh lagi hai,mujhe khaane ko bana leta hoon.ishita must be hungry also .he thought and went to kitchen looking for what he can make from the little grocery they had as since two days they were not at home.
After thinking much,
Raman-simple dal chawal bana leta hoon.easy bhi hoga aur satisfying bhi.he thought and start making food while Ishita got up after sometime and came out.
Ishita-kya Kar rahen hai??
Raman-khana bana raha hoon.
Ishita-main help karun??
Raman-nahi,u just sit down.main sab kar lunga .he said and continued making food while she was just busy in admiring him.
After sometime,
Raman-kuch kehna hai??
Ishita-nahi toh.
Raman-then why u r looking at me like this .
Ishita looked away and said-nothing,it's just I want to bath.but can't do it myself ,toh samajh nahi aa raha Kya karun.
Raman-i can't help u in this either.lets think of a way.he said and both start thinking .
After a while he said-aunty can help u.wait ,let me call her.
Ishita-yes,that's a great idea.she said and he called their landlady.she came to help Ishita and get her freshened up .
Ishita-thank u aunty ,u were a great help.
Aunty-why u r thanking me,I have done just a bit.its Raman,who is doing everything for u.i think he loves u.
Ishita smiled hearing her and said-really aunty,u think so .
Aunty-yes,it seems.he was very disturbed for u and very concerned also.i think he really loves u alot.lets see ,whether he proposes u tomorrow or not.
Ishita-tomorrow??
Aunty-its Valentine's day sweetheart.she said and went leaving Ishita thinking.
Ishita-valentines day,wow.kya Raman sach mein mujhe propose Kar sakte hai.lets see,shayad unhe sach mein mujhse pyaar ho gaya ho.but Kya mujhe hua hai ,agar unhone mujhe propose kiya toh main Kya karungi.she was thinking when Raman came and said-chalo ,food is ready.
Ishita nodded and went with him.he served the food and start eating along with feeding her .she was just looking at him when he told her to chew.
Ishita start chewing and said-kal ka Kya plan hai??
Raman-kuch khaas nahi,kuch important lectures hai.soch raha hoon attend Kar loon,only if u feel good.ghar mein rehna chaho toh main nahi jaaunga.he said making her face fell.
Ishita-raman ko toh yaad hi nahi hai,I think he will not propose me.she was thinking when he said-tumhe kuch kaam hai Kya??
Ishita-nahi,I am good.kal college chalenge.she said to which he just nodded .
The rest of the day passed normally and soon it was next day.ishita was expecting that Raman may do something special for her but he didn't do anything ,even he didn't even wished her.
Ishita-i think Raman ko yaad hi nahi hai.haan kyun yaad rahega after all he never proposed anyone before ,or he has any affair with anyone.let it be Ishita,stop thinking much.may be he don't think about me that way.waise bhi I am happy the way our relationship is.she thought and got ready.
Soon they reached college and both went to their respective classes.
Ishita settled down and start looking at couple who were gifting each other something or other.
Ishita-its so good to be in love, everything seems so beautiful.pata nahi mujhe kab yeh pyaar milega .
Raman too went to his class and realised it's Valentine's day.his classmates were busy in gifting their partners.he was looking at them and all he could remember was Ishita.
Raman-ishita must be also alone,kyunki uska bhi koi boyfriend nahi .koi lecture toh aaj hone se raha,Ghar hi chalte hai.ishita rest bhi Kar legi aur main uske liye kuch special bhi arrange Kar lunga.couple ki tarah nahi but friends ki tarah toh celebrate Kar hi sakte hai Valentine's day .he thought and get our of his room.
Raman was walking in the corridor looking around and could see couple hugging each other,kissing each other,gifting and giving roses to each other.
Raman-aa gaya phir se yeh Valentine's day and I am still single .but as if I care.i am very happy being single .I just love my independence.waise bhi I am not alone technically,I am with Ishita ,with whom I can celebrate my Valentine's day .he was thinking looking for Ishita.
Raman-yeh Ishita kahan gayi,arey abhi toh yahin thi.i saw her from upstairs,pata nahi kahan chali gayi.he was saying when he saw a boy on his knees sitting infront of Ishita and proposing her.
Boy-i love u Ishita,I really do.jab se tumhe dekha hai can't think of anything else.please be my valentine.he said forwarding a rose to Ishita while Raman look at Ishita trying to read her expression.
Raman was just standing a bit away from them waiting for her answer while his heart was beating fastly scared of the unknown.
Raman-agar Ishita ne usse haan keh diya toh,keh diya toh keh diya.main kaun saa uska boyfriend hoon yaa mujhe kaun saa usse pyaar hai.he said trying to calm his heart ,but deep inside he was scared to loose her.
He was waiting for her answer when she finally said-main tumse pyaar nahi karti,chalo bhaago yahan se.she said making him sighed in relief and he smiled wholeheartedly showing his dimples.
Boy-but I really love u.
Ishita-but I don't ,please go.she said and he went.
Raman was smiling when one of his friend came to him and said-kya hua Raman,bada muskura rahe ho.
Raman turned to her and said-shruti tum akele,tumhara Rahul Kahan hai??
Shruti-ussi gadhe ko toh khoj rahi hoon ,woh bhi itna bada bouquet le kar.pata nahi Kahan hai ,woh chodo ,tum batao ,why u r smiling so much .
Raman-woh kuch nahi,bas aise hi.he said smiling making Shruti smile too .she start teasing him while he was talking to her happily smiling.
Ishita turn to go when her eyes fell on Raman,who was talking smiling to a girl and she was holding a bouquet of red roses.
Ishita-is she going to o propose him,noways,I won't let it happen.he is mine only,boyfriend nahi hai toh Kya hua,he is still mine and I won't let anyone snatch him from me.she thought and walked to them.
They were talking happily when Ishita said going very close to raman-mujhe achcha nahi lag raha hai,tabiyat bahut kharab lag rahi hai.please take me home.she said and kept her head on raman's chest .
Raman got worried hearing her and said-kya hua,abhi toh thik thi.
Ishita-dont know,bahut tabiyat kharab lag rahi hai. Can u take me home, agar busy hai toh main khud chali jaati hoon.she said making a baby face.
Raman-nahi nahi,Chalo chalte hai.waise bhi aaj koi class nahi hone wali.he said breaking the hug but she hug him again and said-i can't walk.mujhe bahut chakker aa raha hai.
Raman thought for a while and picked her in his arms .he bid bye to Shruti and walk out of the place while Ishita smiled inwardly in saving Raman from being proposed.
