The pants look out of the place somehow.

But mostly I am a little sensitive to colours and the colour combination is a big turn off for me

A thought just occurred to me.

If Maya was introduced to Rudra as his father's ex girlfriend/mistress from 10 years ago at the beginning. basically the same past story but Rudra still fell for her while being aware everything. It would be such an interesting dynamic because of the angst and discomfort it may cause them, but feelings are still feelings.

It would be an interesting yet completely different show.
