This is why ITV should start the system of 30-50 episodes like middle east or seasonal like the west.....and then pre shoot the whole thing before airing. Social medias are filled with insane reactions and expectations. That hampers the consistency.

Or even Pak shows follow the same concept. They have a watertight script and they shoot all the episodes and then air it weekly (ahem tries to remind you of ZGH again, not very subtly)

But I completely agree with you!!

I think more than anything it’s the channel and ratings pressure. Jen’s previous show was supposed to be a finite show with apparently a very different storyline and then the interference from the channel because of subpar ratings, SCREWED IT UP.
