Which era is the show based on ?

Hi all,

I have been watching the show right from first episode and so far it seems an interesting watch. Loving Bondita and Anirudh. I am thinking of writing an SS. I just want to clarify which era the show is based on. Any idea regarding the time period ??

Also how many would it take to become a barrister at that time ? Is it like a present time law degree only ?

After finishing the matriculation it will take only 2 to 3 years to complete barrister at (Mahatma Gandhi and valabal Patel )era... But I dunno which period the show is based..but surely before independence!!

anybody can guess that it is pre-independent era but the exact time is not known.

I have heard in an interview from Anirudh that this show is based on year 1920.
