Sid actually never confessed his love for Sana.Most of the time she ran after him nd he had no expressions .May be sana took his care in wrong way .Sid also realized it but May be he played along with sana for the game and out of the game he just want to maintain good friends

It's like every girl including sana is mad after him and he just enjoys it .
