I dont believe its her feelings. Its for the script coz see they want to show that Sana is here to select her groom coz she is heart broken and thinks Sid does not love her. Plus they want to show Sidnaaz moments for trp and the narrative would be that Sid thinks of her as a friend and is helping her out but Sana has feelings for him and even Shehbaz is also doing his own drama for entertainment only.

He is not just a friend for her by the way the channel has projected them, but for him, she is just a friend by that narrative. So technically as per the script, her love is one-sided indeed!
