What you said could be possible. But in script, it is Clearly mentioned that Rohit get affected by virus and Sona has the rare blood group which help to create anti dose to virus.some other peoples also have that blood group, but those are not ready to donate high amount of blood. Because it cold be dangerous to them.Veena kidnapped Sona and put her in basement of sippy mansion.

After decoding the script the far I can understand is..veena has kidnapped sona..none knows this..sona can't be affected with this virus because her blood group is Bombay(I read something like that,not sure if it's right or not)..only this blood group can make antidote for this virus..& this blood group is very rare...rohit is affected by the virus & after knowing this veena will be shattered..then she will share with nishi that she has kidnapped sona as she thinks sona will again come to rohit's life..nishi will be shocked..there is another scene of Dr.dimpy & rohit where rohit's condition is deteriorating & he looks weak..he is telling Dr.dimpy ki he has read that Bombay blood group can make the antidote..so they need this blood & sona has this blood group that's why he needs his sona to save himself..

Guysssss ..... I dunno why i feel like we may see a production house change. After i saw Ekta's comment on Sandeep's bed rest post on Insta, suddenly i got this feeling like what if Balaji Telefilms takes the responsibility of KHKT in their hands. Then KHKT will be called Ekta's show !! Weird but i think this may happen coz this happened previously too. Interesting Ekta & Khkt !! 🙄🤣

Ekta has never done that. Ekta doesn’t have enough time for her Kasautii itself.

I read in an article that Saraswatichandra was shifted from SLB (Sanjay leela bhansali) to sphere origins. Also umm. Oh yeah one more is there that zee show Woh Apna sa was also shifted from Rashmi Sharma telefilms to Alchemy productions or maybe vice versa i clearly dont remember. 😊
