I dont know about his sis but umar had unfollowed her long on insta back when she went in and did all that natak i think. It was natural of him to do so, she threw him under the bus saying 'mujhe asim ki family ne mana kia hai' when umar clearly said he didnt stop her from confessing. Also the hawa aane do comment on his twitter🤣🤣

So yea he doesnt follow. Mahvish doesnt either. PS- they both follow rashami and shruti it is said that our family knows the genuine ppl of our lives much before we do..so..

ps just stating my pov since this topic is here and ppl r discussing it. No moral gyan.
