It's not about being maternal.. its insulting.. she knows that she is not his wife but she dint mind it because somewhere she believes that he loves her.. I did feel that MJ loves her.. but he cant accept this kid because it's not going to be good for his image .. plus what will he tell antara and Rudra or what will diya tell them that whose baby it is ? MJ wont take that risk and ask her to get rid of the baby only.. for me either diya will see the same fate as Maya or she will stand up for herself and atleast once apologise to Maya for what she did if she has any tiny bit of conscience left..

Chances is that Maya will make a big deal of Diya being preg and savage her badly and MJ wont speak in support.. because this is a dark show and it's not about karma alone but Mayas revenge also...
