Ufh! I can definitely see this being set up by Rhea and her vamp of the week friend. Her deliberately having a convo with Ranbir about the bet while Prachi overhears them. And then, creating even more misunderstandings by possibly being intimate with Ranbir and sealing the deal (by intimate I mean a hug, or an implied kiss).

I completely agree. I mean, just look at how many drugs, kidnapping, and sex scandals it took for Prachi to consider him a friend. In other shows, they would have been deeply in love or married by now. But here, they've just gotten to the point of where they're actively showcasing their implicit trust in each other. It will take a much, much longer time for Ranbir to earn it all back again.

I don't think it's possible to measure pain or who's going to suffer more. They're both going to hurt really badly and it's going to be for completely valid reasons. Ranbir will deserve whatever Prachi throws at him because he got himself in this mess in the first place and then failed to proactively do anything about it. Prachi however, did not deserve any of this.

No I don't think there is any foreshadowing there. In actual balaji show a lot of things that appear to be foreshadowing, but their writing is never that good for it to turn out to materialise in that way. In actual, that dream sequence was only from ranbir's point of view.... it was his perspective and a projection of his subconscious... it wasn't an intended representation of prachi or rhea in any way.

But that's exactly her point. Ranbir's subconscious mind (his dream) was telling him that despite what he believes, the person whom he truly wants is Prachi, not Rhea. Rhea being all smiley makes sense cuz she has always gotten whatever she wanted (except her mom). But for the most part, she's golden cuz she never had to struggle like Prachi did. However, Prachi will have the most questions and doubts about Ranbir because of how different they are, and moreover, why on earth would he ever choose her when there are so many girls out there who are dying to be with him (like Rhea).

True, cannot really say who is gonna suffer more than whom. They both will suffer for different reasons but the only thing like you said is prachi has to go through all this through absolutely no fault of hers which is shitty and makes it all the more hard for Ranbir to win her trust and love back
