Okay so here’s my theory about him giving the address to her, I think MJ didn’t want to necessarily kill or cause severe damage to Rajiv. He just wanted to get under her skin and unsettle her for the next 12 hours, torment her because she’d be torn between her friend and her mother.

The fear of something happening to either of the people she loved should have shaken her up. He just wanted that!
