He is giving unbelievable expression.. He was thinking she is weak in front of him but she turned into Maya Jaisingh and he never even seen Maya Jaisingh's ruthless and fearless attitude that's why he is astonished

I actually told my mom the same. But she made me understand that MJ took everyone she loved away and destroyed her and now that she has actually found someone and something pure that loves her back sincerely, she wants to protect it and would not allow anyone to destroy it. Which I understand.

I think her revenge can be both love and hatred. For herself and Rudra.

I never thought MJ would hurt his son rudra. Coz he loves his sons.

Also I feel maya hatred for MJ is enough to trigger. Rudra nandini or anyone else should not have been the reason.. It's like she has forgotten her past reason for revenge.. The sole reason for why she became Maya jaysingh..

I love the way rudra and maya love each other. That should be one seperate thing and her hatred for MJ should be a seperate entity...

And I don't think they are mixing love and hate. Love brought Manvi Singh to a path of hate, and love is the path which Maya Jaisingh will use to conquer the people who brought her on this path of revenge.

Maya and Rudra had deep-seated fears. Rudra conquered his fear of love and pursued Maya. He himself said, "Tumhe khone ke darr ne mere saare darr dur kar diye." Same with Maya. Her love for Rudra conquered her fear for Mrityunjay. And so the war begins. But I am telling you, this will make Mrityunjay all the more sanki for Maya, because for Maya it will always be Rudra, and not him, and that will irk him real bad. His ego is really high and mighty gals.

In past manvi tried to protect her baby but failed despite of betrayal in love the thing which hurt her is the most is her miscarriage her unborn baby which is a ray of hope in her life after so much betrayal . Now again after 10 years she got the same hope from rudra despite if all wrong things happen in her which she actually carved in past . So definitely she will be more protective towards him. In s1 maya never want to share arjun with anyone specially with saath but that's not the case here she actually tried to mend rudra and ananya friendship she actually tried to attack her the moment she saw tears in rudra's eyes . The same way is her hatred as well as fear for mj is already present the way one by one mj pushes maya from hair cutting to calling nandini , hurting rajeev and finally rudra it actually triggered her courage to fight back see rudra is the last person who come in her life recently to whom she can't loose. If u read in mahabharata draupadi's insult is the final nail in coffin and war is 100% confirmed with abhimanyu's death even pandav start the fight in battle with unfair means the same way harming rudra is the ending point for maya after that she cannot kept mute infront of mj due to fear as nothing more she can loose maya decide to kill rudra just after mayra's death it doesnot mean that her revenge is got a backseat and myra is the reason for her action definitely mayra is as important part of her action but it is not limited to Mayra only the same way rudra hurt is triggered maya but it is not limited to maya's love for rudra only. Till she entered in roy mansion she is totally clueless how to face mj in rudra's absence. This is the first step only to face mj as the story progresses she start her mind games. And rudra is always a trigger for her as she herself said that this time her love is her strength. But she didnot want to use rudra as shield always she want to be her shield.

Maya said Rudra will be her strength, and so he did. Look at how she managed to overcome her fear and confront MJ head in for whatever he did to Rudra.

Let’s not forget, Maya once loved MJ in the same manner which turned into an extreme version of hatred within her. Plus she has displayed this form of extreme love for her mother as well when Ananya pushed her down, so it’s not just Rudra alone.
