Boney Kapoor... Zee Studio tagged him in their tweet so most probably he either sold the rights or is co-producing. Boney has been saying for a long time that he wants to do a sequel of Mr. india with Sridevi and Anil. I think now he wants to reboot the movie with Jaanu in Sri's role.

Really sad that this film has finally got the green light only after Sridevi's demise. And for that reason I hope Janhvi is part of it. But the problem is Sridevi was so iconic in that role - I am scared how they will treat Seema's legacy.

I don't think the film will do better now that it was iconic especially replacing for Amrish puri and Sridevi both were apt for their role it is tough even the kids are good...
