On one side i feel seeing the way anu was avoiding pre completely when he was going to get engaged to komo... Maybe anu would have avoided pre in the beginning because that is exactly he wanted pre to do and focussed only on his revenge which he planned to take on komo for ruining their lives...
But on another side ... This season anu has a trait and i.e he cannot see pre ignoring him / hating him.... So if pre had not come back like you said he would go to any length to ensure pre is safe... He may not want pre to know but he would definitely do everything in his hands to keep her secured..

That is quite an interesting take RD. Especially the bolded part and I completely agree to this. If it is Anu's love that melts Pre, it is Pre's ignorance & indifference that melts Anu. And to top it, both being protective of each other, would have brought them together again.

I don't think so Hari. Anu is that person who couldn't think of Pre leaving Kolkota if NB married her, when he was just her friend. Also, it was to keep her safe from Komo that he had to act like the thornbird when Pre came back to BB. If Pre was away from him, he for sure would have found out a way to get rid of Komo while at the same time keeping a track of Pre on where she is and whether she is fine or not. Pre's Anu can't stop thinking and caring for her. Isn't this ML track a proof of it?
