EK had very evil vamps in her old shows but now I think the audience doesn't like completely dark characters although I might be wrong. I just hope they don't show mother poisoning their own son🤢.

@Bold- LMAO I have a fair knowledge of all of her top shows really since many years of viewing her shows. My fave shows of hers were kis desh mein hai mera dil, then tujh sang preet lagayi sajna, till she ruined the show by separating the lead pair forever and it was the only ekta show in history I think where the lead's never married or ever got together and remained married to other people (although the male lead yug ended up divorced and only in the last episode of the show writers showed him with a random girl who they hinted he would start a new life with).

Yeah, now the vamps of ekta shows are all watered down compared to what they used to be. Sherlyn of kundali bhagya is one of the silliest vamps I have seen who i am unable to take seriously. None of the vamps in ekta land now are despicably evil.... now they're just plotters, schemers, money-hungry, class-conscious clowns with silly murder and kidnapping ploys thrown in to make them look more like vamps, else without the kidnapping and murder attempts they would look nothing more than just wannabe stuck-up models. Sudha Chandran's Ramola Sikand was the best ekta vamp IMO then Urvashi Dholakia's Komolika.

Yes Sudha Chandran was Truely despicable villain and KKR was really good, don't know too much about Komalika though except her epic BGM and style😆.

Yes these villians are more comedic than really despicable villiain. Even Tanu🤣 and to a certain extent Aliya and now Rhea🤣🤣.

Aliya hinted something about why mitali's husband didn't live with her and it seems aliya had a hand in it.... I remember it was a scene earlier on from leap where aliya was taunting mitali. Other than that I have no idea.

I was a kid and used to watch kasam se with my mum at dinner time when it aired so I watched the show pretty much from start to end and still remember the whole story and pretty much most tracks i had.

I haven't watched both of them, only know about the actors. I only used to watch only those shows my mother used to watch. So my knowlege is limited.

So you have filled up your brain with such evil ideas by childhood😈. Yes, actually I like present villian especially if they are comedic just like Tanu and Prithvi than her previous shows.

Yeah it was very sad because vrinda and yug (tujh sang preet lagayi sajna) from very start were depicted like modern ram and sita of sorts with so many hints that they would end up together.

Instead their love story ended up worse that anurag and prerna, given anurag and prerna were at least married at one point, had children together and died together to show their union as lovers through death, but yug and vrina neither married, neither had children together... nothing.

Instead we were stuck with vrinda ending up with a loser who was a rip-off of srk's role in rab ne bana di jodi. At least mr bajaj was suave, charming, intelligent and supported prerna. The loser husband vrinda got never trusted her, always blamed her, threw her her out of his life and then only got to know how good and true she was when finally fans were getting happy thinking vrinda and yug would marry, yet the loser turned up at their marriage day and vrinda accepted him back and yug being his usual selfless self let her back out of the marriage. Yug always trusted vrinda and respected her too unlike vrinda's loser husband. 🤢 Ekta did the fans dirty there though as that guy did not deserve vrina, unlike mr bajaj who did earn prerna's love.
