First time in finale besides performances and evictions this kind of conversation was shown in beginning of episode..Salman asked about it they both dodged the question..

Then on Rash eviction he directly revelaed it..

My take:

On her bday when they recorded the performance he might have complimented her for which they fought(rash mentioned about it, Sana fought with Sid)

And next day to tease Sidnaaz both Rash asked Sid from her side and as usual Sana gave this serious reaction..
