If his regretting after watching clips and wants to change it, then he should show it with action, not just words, saying I regret speaking rudely with Sana to ease a guilty conscience will not make a difference.

Regretting 2 days before the finale reeks of dhoka. If he was that regretful then he would have also apologized to Asim and even RS insisted that he forgives and moves past everything and he didn't say yes even once. He now realizes that his image is destroyed outside. When his clips were being shown even the Shuklis were squirming in their seats.
