Dr ishani koi aur surgery appoint kar wao aur don't show uncesssary ishani around Dr sid because as viewer we are understanding that cvs want to show both ishani and sid as couple again by over melodramatic drama like showing ishani keep bina sid wapas coma me in chala jaayega. Viewers are understanding such trick to unite ishani and sid but we don't accept ishani and sid as couple

And as medical drama cvs are doing major mistakes right from beginning of serial

That biggest loop hole if view as medical drama that is whenever there is surgery of a particular patient in hospital then all doctor are around that patient only . Why? For one patient only one or two doctor should handle one patient. Why whole staff revolve round one patient as if whole staff don't have their own case

Till now we don't know who doctor specialized in field this is another loop hole
