Wait because you just said this.. I went to Voot website to vote and I’m from US and it easily let me vote as long as I logged in. I didn’t even need to download all that VPN browser stuff that people were saying international voters need. Is that normal? Hoping my votes are being counted... I would do it from different IDs though because that’s how it works for India at least so I feel it would be the same for international.

Actually just double checked the voting terms of agreement and it says even if you were to cast multiple votes from the same ID within the same day, all of the votes after the 1st are voided. So use separate IDs 😊
