There is some pain within him as per his monologues which he is trying to run away from don't think he has anything to do with the accident but he may have something related to ashok maybe ashok has chosen Neil as mini's husband and Neil is not interested but now he has fallen in love with mini and once mini gets to know about it she will be furious with Neil.

Hope. It won't effect it in a bad way to. Mineil relation... May be Neil will think that mini will react badly after knowing his past but who knows mini can understand him more....

Even I'm hoping for the best mini will understand Neil's pain better than anyone else Neil may try to runaway but mini will not let him go and will be by his side.
