EtherealRati has listed few .Additionally he is very loyal ,trustworthy,fun loving person who stand by his friends and infact will be there for them always.He got leadership quality and never give up attitude for life and He got the most friend inside the house..a bit strange for a gunda..

Moreover Varun Dawan with whom he worked and his many OTHER co stars had only positive things to say about him.

we have seen Raghav's affection towards SID who was with him in KKK.

But he does not possess leadership quality. Being a good leader is impossible if one doesn’t listen, and equally so when one believes only they are knowledgeable and right - and those that he expects to follow him, are brainless. Those are the marks of a diminisher - not a leader.

And the same goes for friendship - he may care for his friends - as long as they toe to his line and don’t disagree/challenge him - he doesn’t, unfortunately, even respect the basic individuality of the people he calls his friends. That doesn’t make a good friend - it makes for a convenient and toxic friendship.

Jokes apart - he could have a 100 good qualities (pushing it, I know 😆) but when the bad qualities are this bad, it’s truly disturbing that this guy is supposedly the best and most loved contestant ever. Oh well.

You expressed a quality of a leader which i wont deny but for me a good leader take decision in the best interest of the Team and most importantly all his strategy worked..so I give him credit.

He stood by Sana when she broke down and with Rashmi when she was low during family week while they were not toeing in his line then.

His relation with paras also all good they have that understanding..Paras when sanchalak followed own instincts and Sid give space to his friends..

He has his positive traits and negative traits.I prefer to highlight his Positive traits☺️
