I think she intentionally went to MJ's room to declare she loved Rudra. Rudra is her strength and not weakness, dushman se weakness chupaya jata hai. And Maya is an illusion maker, her fear that MJ saw in her, he saw it only because she wanted to show it to him. If she was afraid would she be able to walk to the entrance of his room where her tormentors had gathered? I don't think so. Her fear has certainly decreased and she played a game with MJ today.
