Yes Shruthi! He used when she meant nothing to him and she was just any other pawn. The only thing I was trying to say is that when Jenny was in their lives (both Adam and Michael) did not try to exploit her. As much as I detest Adam he never considered Jenny as a fling. Had his wife not exploited their innocence, by getting them to believe she would leave Adam so that Adam Jenny could be together, I think Adam would have allowed Jenny to walk out of his life or he would have separated himself from his wife.
