Autumn, I am really liking Vimmi as a character in this show. Vimmi and Sona bond is my favorite in this show. Vimmi is a true fan of Sona. Vimmi supported Sona in every situation and she rescued Sona from that idiot Mahesh at engagement day of Sona.

Suman was is a mother who made sona a child labourer. She didn't even make sure she got her daughter's basic education.

She didn't want Sona to get married before Pari & Pulkit settled.. This is the reason I find it impossible to see her as a good mother to Sona.

As for her being a strong lady?? Pls there are women like housekeepers who give their effort to raise their children and make sure they get basic education.

This lady absolutely failed as a mother. Feel only reason Pulkit is the way he is because of Sona. If she is such a strong and better mother then how can Pari be the scum of the earth??

For me one is wrong doesn't mean other is right. I quote Sona here when she said I handled things on my own throughout my life..

Sorry I am going of with this. Yes Veena is irredeemable and absolutely wrong. But I find it offensive when we term Suman to be better mother or strong lady. Bull dozing your way through life by being too loud is not a trait I find it respectful.

How I see Suman is a woman who was hurt by husband and society thus feels the world owes her the due including Sona and she is paying that and will continue to do.

Let's not forget during ROPA exposure she put her ego and Pari ahead of Sona and when Sona needed her help she shut the door on her face...

well I will have to reluctantly agree with you. Mainly because I do like her loud persona. She gives me that high kind of a feeling especially when she takes hulk avatar. There are times when one has to bull doz their way through life actually. I do find her better than Veena though. I am unable to digest that Veena sailed through with her husband's daughter from another mother without any inkling. I find her living in oblivion or rather she happily puts a blinker on her eyes. while the script of the show is pretty erratic and leave little room for logic yet by what I am seeing as of now in my understanding Veena pushed Sona away because she was breaking her illusion. An illusion of a happy family, loving husband, and dutiful son. She could not handle the truth hence shot the messenger. Where as Suman does show some sense of acceptance of the truth. She did not want Sona to get married yet she went ahead with it. She accepted that Sona was in love. Many people don't see education as really important in life. Not to say that that is a good way to think but yet education is not of importance to many. I do agree that she is not a successful mother. So yeah she has faults but she is far stronger as woman in comparison to Veena Sippy
