I’ve noticed this too but I think it’s genuinely because he is such a private person. Never have I seen an actor with such a following like his who has managed to keep his love life so under wraps it’s so admirable actually. But I think he just doesn’t like talking about relationships out of respect and because if things don’t work out in the future he doesn’t want either of them looking bad or foolish because their relationship was so publicized on a show.

i echo this....no doubt..for him she is very close friend for life..lets see what happens after show...hope shehnaaz copes up this pragmatically...she is young but will learn....😊
