I don't think Rohit agreed to sign for his mom even though he said that. He might have done this fearing that Nishi would harm Naren... Otherwise who in their right mind would agree to his mom's ridiculous demand? I remember Rohit out rightly disagreeing when Naren demanded him to not marry Sona...

I think it will be even hear breaking to see that Rohit will have to leave Sona in the hospital and return to SM. Suman will not let him see her anyways after that...
